MERGER NOTES
It is essential that all former parishioners of St. Stanislaus Kostka, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Mary Star of the Sea, and St. Barbara Parishes who wish to belong to St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish REGISTER.  Forms can be found in the Vestibule if you misplaced those that were sent to your residence.  We do not presume that everyone who formerly belonged to these parishes wishes to become memebers of our new Parish.  Registration will allow us to know our membership, provide the information needed for ordering church envelopes, compile mail lists and contact information, proper record keeping, etc.
